SWB in Model 1 is represented by the responses to the Cantril question, and SWB in Model 2 is represented by the responses to the life satisfaction question. SWB is treated as a categorical variable. SWB = 0 ("worst possible life" or "dissatisfied") is used as the reference group. The independent variables without a coefficient mean that they are used as references (such as male). Robust standard errors are corrected for clustering at the country level. *p < 0.1; **p < 0.05; ***p < 0.01.
