  1. Each figure shows the employment probability differential (percentage points) between immigrants and natives. The figures are calculated by averaging across individuals and 5-year intervals. All figures reported in the table are significantly different than zero at a 1 % significance level. TYA is the total years to assimilation or the year interval in which the employment probability differential is minimized. See Table 3 for the details and the variables used in the model specification
