The former is taken from column [2] in Table 3. The latter is a measure of conservative ideology and is calculated as the difference in the estimated marginal effect of each channel dummy when moving from specification [1] to specification [2], i.e., when including ideological and party id controls, divided by the estimated correlation between the ideology score and migration attitudes.
